We are sorry if you received a defective product! Please read our Warranty carefully. 

In order to claim the warranty you need to provide a dated original proof of purchase, a brief letter explaining the problem and satisfactory evidence that the KODAK 3D Printing Filament was defective. We shall not be responsible for products improperly packaged or if the original invoice is missing, modified, or made unreadable. Any claims of defects not made within the warranty period shall be expressly waived.
